This week we have teamed up with the lovely Niki, aka @RebelRecipes, who has put together this delicious Kombucha Berry Cocktail! Niki is local to us here in Birmingham and is a notorious chef/foodie, who has just launched her very own Cookbook!
And what a perfect time to start dishing up some Kombucha Cocktails - the sun's out, it's getter warmer and we could all use somehthing new, fun and different, as we all get through this pandemic together.

Kombucha Berry Cocktail/Mocktail Recipe
100g mixed raspberries & blackberries
5 tbsp water
1 -2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar
1 bottle orange & hibiscus kombucha
2 shots spiced rum - optional
Raspberries and fresh mint/thyme for garnish
In a small saucepan, add raspberries, blackberries, water, and maple syrup and bring to a simmer. Allow the berries to break down. Allow to cool then press mixture through the strainer with a spoon and discard the seeds and pulp.
Mix everything then devide into two glasses.
Top with berries, herbs and add crushed ice.
